How we'll deliver your order
Pick the delivery option that suits you best. We deliver anywhere in the Czech Republic, and on orders over 2 000 Kč delivery is free.

In-store pickup in Bolatice
You can collect your goods in person at our LANEX company store at Hlučínská 727/2, 747 23 Bolatice. You'll find us on the 1st floor of the Jednota shopping centre.
Once your order is ready, we'll let you know by e-mail or by phone – then all you have to do is come by.
At the store you can pay in cash or by card. Just place your order in the e-shop, choose in-store pickup and wait for our confirmation.
We hand over orders every working day from 8:00 to 14:00.
Carriers we work with
Zásilkovna
Thousands of pickup points and Z-BOXes all over the country – there's bound to be one near you.
We'll let you know about your parcel by SMS and e-mail with a collection code. You can pick it up whenever it suits you.
Balíkovna
A Czech Post service with a dense network of pickup points and self-service boxes.
As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, you'll get a notification by SMS or e-mail.
Balíkovna – home delivery
Convenient delivery of your parcel right where you need it.
The courier brings it to your home, your workplace or anywhere else – ideal when you don't feel like going anywhere.
PPL ParcelShop
We'll deliver your parcel to the PPL pickup point of your choice.
We'll let you know by SMS or e-mail as soon as it's ready.
PPL – home delivery
A PPL courier brings your parcel straight to the address you give.
On the day of delivery the courier tells you the approximate time and you can easily track your parcel online.
GLS ParcelShop
We'll deliver your parcel to the GLS ParcelShop pickup point you choose.
We'll let you know by SMS or e-mail as soon as it's ready.
